What did I do?

This week I have been shopping items at an even more ridiculous pace. I want to have all my gold invested in materials or items that will increase in demand once Wednesday and the release of Tomb of Sargeras rolls around. I have been focusing primarily on items that are kind of hard to flood the Auction House with, cut gems and Potion of Prolonged power being the main culprit. I also buy a ton of herbs to keep around until the increased demand for flasks and potions pushes up the herb prices.

Even though my gold and AH value is way down I am not worried. A ton of my inventory is just sitting in my bags now waiting for Wednesday.

TSM sales

Sales have been a bit slow this week, mostly because I am stockpiling the items I have for Wednesday. We can see that assorted drops and the tailoring shirts I crafted back in the first week are still selling well. The most surprising sale this week has to be the Golden Draenites at 280 gold each. I just got them randomly from some Fel Iron deposits. Some old world mats are apparently in absolutely crazy demand.

We can also see that I had some very good sales on some bars from mining. I did dip my toe into buying both silver and Thorium ore and it has already paid off well! Sadly I am actually capped by my capital at the moment so I can’t sink any more gold into ores at this point.

The Fjarnskaggl I did sell was at a decent resale price, but not crazy as you can see below. The main reason for this is primarily because I bought a ton more Fjarn this week at higher prices than before to stock for Tomb. I just wish I hade more gold to drive into the market, but I don’t.

Inventory

Here we can see all the stuff I have stocked for the raid release. The main thing is of course 1500 Fjarnskaggl at a market value of about 36k. I hope to sell them for even more. Then I have about 200 Potions of Prolonged Power and a couple each of the most valuable cut rare gems. I bought the gems over the weekend at about DBmarket. Hopefully we will see the same level of price spike as we did when Nighthold released.

I will continue work on the format of my status posts going forward as I find a good level of detail versus effort. Please let me know if you feel like I missed something or want to have more or less details from the updates.
