So I realized that I never posted on the website about my upcoming Patreon revamp. So let’s do that today!
Why revamp?
I have not changed my patreon since I launched it, at least not in any meaningful way. I’ve had experience with the rewards for a while. My goal with the change is two-fold. To get a better spread of good rewards and hopefully to help me on the journey to becoming a full time content creator.
Hopefully the new rewards are interesting and I hope you choose to pledge.
The new reward structure
The new structure will look like this:
As you can see there are several changes, including pledge increases for some rewards.
Existing patrons keep their rewards
If you are already a patron you will keep your reward for as long as you remain pledged. So if you are currently at the $5 tier you will keep the TSM setup reward for as long as you want. The new rewards will go live on Friday the 3rd of April at 1900 CEST. If you pledge before then you can get the current rewards forever, after that it will be the new structure.
