Gold Cap Challenge: Update 2

Hey guys! This week has been quite busy on the real life front for me, so I did not have time to play a lot of WoW. Progress has been slow. I made a small change to the statistics section, tracking the total gold of both my accounts as I am using two accounts in this challenge. Account 1 is just gold from quests and order hall missions on my two 110s. Account 2 is where all my AH income is.

You can find the original post here and my earlier updates here.

What did I do?

I did not put in too much time this week. I worked on some leatherworking quests on my Demon Hunter. I still want to get the campaigns done on her so I can get access to the Argus gold missions on two characters, but so far no time. I have also been buying a lot of ore, herbs and food to get ready for Antorus, which drops this week. I have a decent stockpile of food, and I even started selling it early as the profit margin is as high as 100%.

My main goal going forward is to get my demon hunter through the LW quests so I can get rank 2 Dreadleather and Gravenscale recipes, in addition to getting the Argus Gold missions.

TSM sales

We can see some newcomers on this list!

The flasks are selling really nicely, and I get a nice bit of sales every week, for all of the flasks I keep in stock. I ended up buying a ton of Fjarnskaggl this week, so I have also been flipping it, as I do not have enough of the other herbs to craft it all.

My resale summary below shows off all the Fjarnskaggl I bought. I ended up going broke to buy it. In addition I have resold some starlight roses and aethril, but that was not on purpose. I just forgot to mail them to my alchemist.

BoEs also continue to be a large part of my weekly sales, and resale profits are still pretty good!

If we sort by quantity the list is dominated by consumables and trade skill materials as expected.

My inventory is looking similar to last week. The new addition is of course all the Fjarnskaggl I bought. Ghost Iron Ore is moving slowly, as is the trillium ore. I have turned pretty much all of my spirits into ore now. Hopefully I chose the right ratio of trillium to Ghost Iron.

The rest of the value is mainly in BoEs, flasks, food and enchants. I have a pretty decent stock for Antorus, and I have a lot of materials ready to go as well. I will be processing as much ore as I can tomorrow and Tuesday to get ready for Wednesday and the new raid!
